Affiliated with the Photographic Society of New Zealand, each year, the NSPS runs the Salon with entrants from 31 photographic clubs and societies from Whangarei to Southland and from overseas. The Salon convenes independent panels of selectors to judge entries in six categories. All 400 accepted photographs are reproduced in a distinguished catalogue.
